Returns

If you are not 100% happy with your order, we are happy to accept returns within 14 days. This means you have 14 days from the date of delivery to post your item back to us. To arrange a return, please submit the returns request form. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Returns Request Form

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. We are unable to accept returned items that have visible signs of wear, such as marks from make up, deodorant or fake tan, nor items that have smells such as smoke or perfume.

It is your responsibility to arrange the posting of a return and we are not liable for any costs incurred. We are not responsible for your parcel getting lost or damaged on its way back to us. Therefore, we strongly recommend obtaining proof of postage and using a tracked service to ensure safe delivery. Please note that if your country of residence is not the United Kingdom, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right. We may also request photos of the damaged item before processing a refund.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

U.S. Returns

Prices on our U.S. site are inclusive of the 10% customs duty required for all items entering the United States of America. Once the package has passed through U.S. customs, this duty is non-refundable. Any items returned to us will be refunded at the original purchase cost, minus 10%.

International Returns

We are not responsible for covering the cost of any import duties for international orders. If you are making an international return, you should contact your country’s customs authority to claim back any import or customs duty you originally paid to receive the item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
