Shipping policy

 

Delivery costs are as follows:

Delivery to the UK: Free on all orders (estimated delivery 2-4 business days)

International (excluding EU): Flat fee of £17.99 (estimated delivery 8-10 business days)

Please be aware that if you are ordering form outside of the UK, that your order may be subject to import fees or duties. We are not responsible for covering the cost of any import cost for international orders, so please check with your country's customs authority before placing an order. 

U.S. Customs Duty

On August 29th, the U.S. Administration removed its $800 de minimis threshold for low-value imports. This means orders placed from the US (previously exempt) are now subject to a 10% customs duty. 

All prices on our U.S site are inclusive of the 10% customs duty. Note, for any U.S. returns, customers will be refunded the item price, minus 10%. See our full Returns and Refund Policy here.

We aim to ship all orders within 2 business days. Please note that the delivery times are estimates and we cannot guarantee that your item will arrive within the estimated time frame. All orders will receive the delivery information, so that you can track your order.
